AN E-GUIDE PUBLICATION RELEASE
Despite two long term psychotherapy experiences (a total of 6 years twice a week) I continued to suffer from frequent panic attacks, intense depression, persistent stress, and low frustration tolerance. It was only at the onset of my successful psychoanalysis that my wise and well trained psychoanalyst educated me to the truth about these disabling so called "negative" feelings. He said that it is unfortunate that the pharmaceutical companies tend to push the myth that these negative feeling states are pathological symptoms caused by chemical imbalances. And as such should be dealt with my finding the appropriate drug regimen. Instead he indicated that each of these states is the result of normal reactions to realistic life limitations. Thus the key to success is teaching and learning how to bear increasing dosages of each as every caring attuned mother realizes in helping her new born cope with inevitablemost common treatment for depression, depression, frustration and stress.
In this connection my brother and I (a psychoanalyst of 40 years) have published an e-guide called Attitude Shifting. This guide is written for all caring lay and professional first Responders wishing to help people requesting help in managing their anxiety, depression, frustration and stress without the use of medication.
This guide picks up where most self -help leaves off by addressing root causes for long term mastery rather than on focusing only on short term symptom relief.
